You agree not to use the Service to collect, infer, or target sensitive personal information about individuals, or to engage in harassment, doxxing, discrimination, or other harmful conduct.

The Service may include AI-powered features that process your inputs to generate outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should be reviewed and verified before use.

We do not control the policies of third-party AI providers. By using AI features, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf to provide the Service.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and how it is used.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting hello@overlead.co. Deletion requests may be subject to legal and operational requirements (e.g., backup retention).
